Ciruela Cancún

Situated in central Cancún, this studio was developed as a practical and well-balanced living space, prioritizing organization, comfort, and everyday functionality. The design focused on creating clearly defined zones within a compact layout.

Strategy

Space planning emphasized the creation of independent functional areas including sleeping, dining, work, and reading zones. Durable and timeless finishes were selected to ensure longevity and ease of maintenance. The design approach prioritized simplicity, natural flow, and efficient use of every square meter.

Result

A cohesive and efficient interior that demonstrates the impact of strategic space planning in small-scale residential units. The project resulted in a practical, comfortable, and visually consistent environment that supports both short and mid-term stays.
