JALEB Cancún

45 m² · Compact Studio · Up to 2 Guests · Interior Design Optimization

Located in downtown Cancún, this compact studio was redesigned to improve spatial efficiency and create a comfortable living experience within a limited footprint. The project focused on enhancing functionality while maintaining a clean and contemporary design language.

Strategy

The layout was optimized to create a flexible open-plan environment integrating living, cooking, and resting areas. A neutral color palette combined with warm textures helped visually expand the space. The private balcony and shared rooftop terrace were treated as extensions of the interior, increasing perceived value without requiring structural changes.

Result

Delivered as a highly functional and low-maintenance unit. The intervention improved usability, comfort, and spatial perception while maintaining a controlled investment. The final result is a clean, efficient studio aligned with hospitality and long-stay rental standards.
