Strategy

Layout optimization increased sleeping capacity without congestion. A queen-size sofa bed was integrated into the TV lounge. Kitchen and laundry areas were fully equipped, with minor improvements to usability and aesthetics. Mexican design accents were introduced to create warmth without inflating costs.
